Did not know parking had to be booked. Lack of parking facilities. No information that the is a laundry room.

I booked my room at a greatly reduced rate. Every aspect about this establishment had been excellent. It is not exactly centrally located in Hammersmith (near the interchanging tube stations), but it's pretty easy to get to Heathrow airport, the city,
