Hotel is nice abs buffet dinner and breakfast have a very good spread. Room is fantastic. Only downside is hotel is not quite walkable from train station.

Quiet place, awesome house, great hosts and delicious brekkie

room is spacious, except that it is a bit dated on the New Wing side. friendly staff and great area tobe in for business or pleasure.

Can see the hotel from susukino exit no. 4. If taking airport limousine bus, the bus stop is just across the street. Many eateries and shopping nearby. Walking distance to most major tourist attractions.

Lots of effort making this a great place to stay. Units were comfortable and very clean. Laundry facilities the best we have seen in our troubles. Loved the communal table for groups to have a BBQ or just socialise. 10 min max walk to the wharf and local

Whilst space in rooms is at a premium the staff were wonderful, the breakfast was amazing and overall comfort is very high.
