Staff were friendly and accommodating. Made effort to change my room despite at full occupancy due to an issue which was unforeseen and not entirely their fault.

We were supposed to get a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and had ash trays. There was also a stain on the bed cover. The room felt and smelled really old.
