All staff are very friendly and kindly talked to me. When I had some trouble for bathroom, staff came immediately and fixed it. Room is clean and stayed comfortable. There is bit shopping mall near hotel and close to subway. I'll stay there again!!

The hotel location is a little bit far from city centre and tourist attraction. Room is small.

Great location and the price was great considering. Get breakfast included, the food is really expensive and you pay for everything. Kids stuff is not included but it should be.

Budget hotel convenient to Paddington Station. OK as a place to sleep, not much else.
