Would have scored more for cleanliness except for a discarded takeaway food carton & some contents outside our room staircase access still there on Sunday when we left after being dropped on Friday night.

just 5 mins from subway, but the location is quite quiet, after a long day shopping you can be calm when you back to hotel.

Easy to find , not far from Euro star station., a lot of restaurant around the hotel.

Upon arrival we were told it was 15 dollars to park in the car park. The room was very small. Internet was not free.

Good value hotel in excellent location. Lake views and just around the corner from Eat Street, full of bars & restaurants. Also, guests can use the facilities of the Novotel, which include a great thermal pool.
