location, cost and clean

A disaster. Hotel bar closes every night at 10:30pm, if you order room service the hotel will order from a pizzeria which takes an hour to come. The restaurant/bar was empty for the full five nights of my stay and this was over New Year's Eve

Not cleaning the room daily

Room was clean, big and quick c/in n out.

Can see the hotel from susukino exit no. 4. If taking airport limousine bus, the bus stop is just across the street. Many eateries and shopping nearby. Walking distance to most major tourist attractions.

parking was expensive. Staff recommended to park elsewhere.

Nice design of rooms

The room is dirty, location is inconvenient, small bathroom, the water pressure is low/poor
