Breakfast was great, ground kept spotless and hotel staff pleasant

Fab hotel in a fab location, pretty much central to everywhere & with Holborn tube station a stones throw away. Definitely stay there again.

Friendly Easy Quality

It is one of the good hotels. But it cannot be a 5 star. The facilities are old. That's the only complaint I have about the hotel. Other than that, everything was fine. Airport bus stop is right across the street. The hotel coffee shop is unreason

Old , broken and dirty

It is close to a small JR station but far away from the main shopping area. The service is great but the room is too small to live, I can barely walk with my luggage opened on the floor. The hotel is very old including our bed and bathroom. Although we bo

the hospitality was outstanding, we could park where we wanted in there and Angus cared about everyone in the motel and their requirements.

Great location, free wifi, free parking, apartment was very thoughtful to put feet warmer in the bathroom. All amenities such as washing machine,stereo etc..were all given as well. Overall, highly recommended.
