We traveled with two kids between end of Jun to early Jul and stayed at the deluxe room.
Room is dated, staffs always keep smile to the guest but are unhelpful.
But I do agree their beautiful landscape is very attractive.

arrived early morning after a delayed flight, and the young lady was very helpful and greeted us in a very friendly manner, did not have breakfast as woke late, and departed by 10:30 am overall good experience
The hotel was cheap for London. I wouldn't recommend the food in the pub but the service was great everywhere. They allowed us to check in early which was fantastic with a young baby. Location is good but not a lot around food wise. Tube is very close
