Location, value and room size

Decent location, nice area,

One night en-route stay. Excellent service from reception staff, ok room, unfortunately no wifi due to megastorms the night before, glad we missed those.

Staff, location and local knowledge by staff.

Good for late night shopping, never sleep restaurants were just around the corner!

While this Waldorf is well located near to Britomart I would encourage you to look elsewhere. Price is comparable to other apartment-hotels in Auckland but this one is significantly worse quality. The room was small, dark, and not especially clean. There

Lovely quiet room. Nice views. Fantastic for location right by museums, station, shops, theatres. Gym and swim option for £4 good value. It was worth £48. I will stay again .

Nicely appointed room

The hotel is just a minute walk away from the station exit! And it's just a few stops away from Osaka city area. Although the room is abit small, the amenities provided were good. There's even a washing machine which were very useful.
