Rubbish. Hotel staff were awful and offered nothing whatsoever. Toilet was semi clean, shower was almost clean. Room was OK but stank, you'd think they'd clean the cigarette butts off the window sill if they didn't want you to smoke. the icing

Front desk associates were excellent and very helpful during our stay. Room was always clean and housekeeping is very courteous and on point.

Location, rooms, value for money

Room was really small. As with many European hotels, there is no lift and I had to lug my luggage through a very narrow stairway up 4 levels (please pack light or request for a lower level). Otherwise, location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk away

Nice hotel and really close to JR station Ryogoku, but the room is a little small (we had a normal bed + a folding bed). But it was a good price for this room!
