Breakfast, design, early check in!!!

I am a repeat customer which means I like this hotel. It has always lived up to expectations and even exceeded it at times. Upon arrival I was recognized and greeted by name which makes me VIP. The check in paper work was already all done. I only need to

quiet. nice beds.warm

Location, staff, amenities

Good security, friendly staff, nice place

Very close to the airport, but far enough to stay out of the airport noise. Close to the cities of Derby and Notthingham

Bathrooms were very small. Work being done n the Hotel on the floor above our bedroom, so very noisy from 8am until 6pm.

Only issue was our room was under reception and therefore just under main entrance to building so was quite noisy early in morning as you could hear suitcases being rolled in and out of building.
