Great Location for Kensington, but hotel a bit outdated

The hotel is located in a quiet street and next to a tram station which made it easily accessible to the beach area. There is a market outside the hotel too. The hotel is brand new. The staff are nice and friendly. Overall good value for the money.

The food and beer was over priced. Key stopped working at an unfortunate time. Bathroom railing kept falling off the wall and ended up stabbing my wife in the foot drawing blood giving her a sore foot for the day in her sandals. Hotel was generally in ne

Food was excellent and well presented. Comfortable orangery. Spacious room

very helpful staff, location on the main square, quiet hotel.

Some distance away from JR station. But 3 bus services stop at the bus stop infront of hotel. Room is big for usual japan hotel. But abit too pricey.
