Room is too small especially the bathroom. A 6 ft man would probably won't fit in the tub. Too expensive probably for the size of the room but if you are looking for a perfect location in Kyoto, this is probably one you can choose. It is 6 mins walk f

The hotel is in the middle of a rather less touristic area. That is the main attraction. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is really good. However, the car parking promised in the hotel description was far away and costs extra.
