The location, standard and friendly staff

My stay here was completely amazing the staff here are very polite and very respectful . The cooperation from these staff are very appreciated.

I just want to say that the staff are all very helpful and friendly, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant service staff; giving special mention to Shawn at the reception, for his enthusiasm in his job. I have had a very pleasant stay of 3 nights.

Dissappointed that there was a charge of 1000 yen per person to swim in the pool
