We had our best time traveling in Japan at Kyoto. The Kyoto Hotel Okura was an amazing stay. It was central to everything around from the restaurants to scenic views and easy access to the train stations and buses. Our room was given a free upgraded to

Everything was good: clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, well trained staff at reception, free WIFI connection allowing to use VPN. A few minutes walk to several nice restaurants (brasseries with typical french food) which are opened until late.
