Dismal shower pressure and inadequate restaurant seating when busy.

Three best things : size of the room, size of the bath, two bottles of free mineral water. Three worst things : front service, not many restaurants to choose from, no room service.

Location location location

Room is adequate for this price. About 3-5 mins by walk to Hakata station. Staff is good and friendly.

Front Desk needs better customer service training. All other aspects of the hotel were superior but do not expect a late check out under any circumstances, they will charge you 100 USD for 3 hours.

The hotel is located in a good position and near many restaurants.
