The reception desk might be the most unwelcoming depressing group possible. Really did not genuinely care for the guests or their experience. Did answer any of our simple questions about the area and doesn't acknowledge people when they walk in. But t

One street away from Luton station. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean.

Very close to JR station and lots of restaurants around. Staff is friendly and can speak English and Mandarin. Room is clean and small as usual.

Excellent location right besides the Hakata train and bus terminals and surrounded by F&B outlets, convenience stores and shopping centres. There are drink corners on the 8th & 10th floors where you can get soft drinks and liquor from the vending
