The communal areas;- the Resturant, bar, were fabulous, the staff were attentive and courteous, they were happy to help. The concierge services were brilliant, helpful and always cheerful.
The Carlton hotel is in a great position to access all the city sites. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good variety. I would recomend this hotel to others.
Staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating.
Good stay, bed huge and comfortable, nice room and bathroom, breakfast was a nice mix of English and continental. I didn't switch on the TV but it looked quality.
