Friendly staff

the location was nearer to the center of the city than expected and the staff were so helpful and friendly...there is nothing we could complain about this place .....

Cheap drinks in the bar and a good dukebox

Prima locatie dicht bij een metrohalte maar kan ook makkelijk te voet doen.

The communal areas;- the Resturant, bar, were fabulous, the staff were attentive and courteous, they were happy to help. The concierge services were brilliant, helpful and always cheerful.

There is a quality feel to the hotel. Location was perfect, quiet and yet only a 5 minute walk to the high street. Off road parking, although a bit tight, was an added bonus.
