Well located hotel in the New Town within 5mins walk of Princes Street. Spacious, clean and well appointed rooms and on site parking (£15/day).

Staff were incredibly rude, they would carry on talking and not even saying hello when we were waiting, they were not welcoming in the slightest, the toilet in our room and the customer toilet outside didn't work, the Television was very old fashioned
