The hotel seemed busy but our room felt very private and secluded. We had a very comfortable night following a long flight.

What I can say about this hotel is 'excellent' in all aspects. The staffs are very helpful to us and service-minded. Room service is also very good. I love this hotel. I will come here again in the next Auckland trip.
