location was fabulous. good modern facilities.

This is our second visit to this hotel in the last 12 months and we have enjoyed the stay both times. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Checking in and out very smooth and efficient

Staff very good and helpful

Just 5 minutes walking distance between the hotel and these locations. Hotel is good but stinks. No aircond in the room and need to request for stand fan if you are travelling in summer.

Comfortable, Clean and Peaceful

Perfectly located in the centre , right across the tram stop that takes you to Railway station. Halal food around the corner , booked a half day tour for eze , monaco and fragonard , amazing guide.

Good location close to Osaka and Umeda stations with decent shopping and access to food nearby. Slightly pricey though.
