Location, simple daily breakfast, nice staffs

Accidentally booked this one when I was trying to book the one across from Tokyo station (which is way better). Restaurant was decent, but the hotel needs to be renovated and the rooms were pretty average.

Location good clean staff were very pleasant and helpful. Parking was tight squeeze.
