Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, location

Room was tiny, with no space to move around. The room had a nasty smell. Staff do not speak English!! Location is in the middle of nowhere. Will not recommend.

The two our drive from the airport was well worth the beauty of this resort! The views were amazing the beach absolutely beautiful and the rooms were spacious and staff was so kind. The cost for kayaking was only $10 a person and the banana boat the same

Perfect choice just next to metro station. The hotel is right opposite to the Osaka castle, good if you want to visit there.

The exit nearest to this hotel is quite far from the main lines/shinkansen, but once you get out it's quite near. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and cosy.
