Everything was good until 4.30am they collected the rubbish bins. Get a back room if possible. HOTEL TRY TO CHANGE THE PICK UP TIME.

Staff are able to communicate in English sufficiently and could assist with restaurant reservation requests. The hotel being near Shin-Osaka station makes it ideal for travelling to other areas (E.g. Kyoto)

Great staff. Good food and drink. Laid back atmosphere.

They really were very nice and helpful. I was traveling on business except for a few days of playing tourist in Kyoto. The was a delightful find and nice rest as well as being in walking distance of temples and other interesting sites to see.
