Very satisfied with my stay. Pleasant staff, clean room, hotel & grounds and excellent facilities.

On arrival I was required to pay for a second time despite presenting my AGODA receipt. This was refunded in the morning when the manageresss came on duty, but should never have happened. Bed and room were OK. A worn a the edges. En siute acceptable excep

Great breakfast, Gloucester is a maze. difficult to find our way around. otherwise this hotel is excellent value for money
