Every staff in teh hotel are very cheerful throughout our day. Their knowledge of London is really excellent and are always ready to help all the way. They even go all out to assist us in our needs.

Small room. Requested for a bed but gave us twin bed. Room is old. Wifi is not free of charge at the price we are paying. Advise not to book this hotel. There are many better hotels in queenstown.
This hotel is situated near the bastille metro and has many restaurants around it. The breakfast was disappointing as it is very simple. We stayed there for 5 nights and there was not a change in breakfast menu.
