Low staff performance. Notified upon arrival of dangerous broken fridge door and nothing was done to upgrade or repair the facility. all kinds of excuses yet the building and repair teams are on site and should have been able to fix or change this fridge

Lovely view of the water. Nice & clean room. Good shower pressure but the hotel is really out of the way. Basically have to change from monorail to JR or monorail to metro. If u don't mind the extra traveling time, it's ok. Tokyo transport is
