Nice clean rooms

Hotel located just at the subway exit which makes everything so convenient. JR line is just opposite the hotel. Next to the hotel is 7-11. Family mart, MOS burger and some other restaurants are easily available at the mall.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but the room was tiny. The air con was old and very noisy making it hard to sleep.it was clean but overall the standard of the facilities was not what I expected based on both the price and the other reviews. There are

Overlooking New St, this historic hotel has character and a great location if travelling by train. View from restaurant is great though some of the rooms overlook miscellaneous infrastructure. Room was good with excellent large bed.

Booked a king size bed got a super king never seen a bed so big lovely nights sleep and lovely big bathroom too normally small in hotels left luggage service very good great stay overall

Location, atmosphere, personel

This place is straight our of a postcard, right on the .bank of the river. Staff were friendly and rooms were quaint - in a good way. We took the short 5 minute stroll into main town for all of our meals. Will be back for.sure.
