The rooms are clean, but there is no non-smoking room. It does not have hot spring bath. The buffet dinner is good but not excellent.

Staff was friendly , attentive, approachable and very professional. The location is perfect for anyone with more than 6 hours connection . The overall ambient was pleasant

Sits in the middle of a good neighborhood, near the tube, within Zone 1, close to Heathrow, the room is very neat, clean, and well-designed. May be small but perfect for a solo traveler like me. Will definitely stay here again next time.

TV not working, lack of towels every morning, aircondition system not cooling, just heating, and no information from fire alarm drill and the staff did not take control of the situation. Very disappointing stay!!
