We stayed in room 123, the room is very hot and AC did not work. Some of the bathroom fittings were dirty!
There is no where to put your makeup or toiletries so I had to lay them out all on the ground- bit of a pain !

We are international school teachers on break for spring. The Novotel has always been a great place to stay. We love it there. Great location. They could do more to improve customer service.
