room was lovely and clean good bar and restaurant would stay again price was good but it should include breakfast as 10pnds was a bit steep

Good location close to Osaka and Umeda stations with decent shopping and access to food nearby. Slightly pricey though.

When I booked this inn, I understood the location would not be excellent and I accepted it. However, the front desk staff here were generally below average standard in Japan, without smile and initiative to help customers.
