The location is good however there are lack of pacrking space even the hotel promise they will provide before i book the room

Wifi is bad, take 15mins to JR station

Staff and location

Room was of satisfactory size compared to a typical Japanese hotel..

I chose this place as it is located not far from Osaka Itami airport and easy to get onto the train to head to Himeji, Kobe, Nara and Kyoto. Rooms are however small. There's a lot of good food just behind the hotel. Reasonably priced and helpful hote

This is a great hotel it suits us great location very comfortable. Good choice of breakfast. And pleasant staff
