Clean, close to the train, friendly staff

If you don't mind the old (but very well maintained) building and furnishing, then the rest of the hotel is great. Comfortable surroundings. Not far from subway. Very friendly and good service; even in English. Very helpful.

Clean with very good location, just next to tramway, malls and department stores. Room newly renovated , but old hotel facilities. Not much space in room for 2 luggages.

1) Proximity to sites and train. 2) Quick access to a decent store, restaurant and laundry. 3) Affordable for the area.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. Being a stranger to London I felt welcomed as a guest.
