The location is excellent. Staff are helpful. Dining room has splendid view of Clifton Suspension Bridge.

Our room was fine, standard room reasonable size but the bed was not that comfortable, new mattress needed. Carpets and curtains all good as well as bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and sauna were really nice, a great place to relax.
