Classic hotel with a good flair. Slept very well.

We traveled with two kids between end of Jun to early Jul and stayed at the deluxe room. Room is dated, staffs always keep smile to the guest but are unhelpful. But I do agree their beautiful landscape is very attractive. There are many other choices in O

Staff was very helpful friendly and polite even though they spoke little english. The room was small for 2 people. Price was expensive & didnt include breakfast. Location was close to the Hakata station.

It was our first time visiting Ediburgh and it was a great feeling, coming to the hotel that was comfortable. We really enjoyed the service and the staff was helpful. However, the toilet made squeaky noise. The breakfast was excellent and the location

The room is huge, with full equipments and very comfortable. They provide almost everything in the room. You can see lake Tekapo from the backyard. Within 5 minutes to restaurants, and staff is very helpful.
