Great location, short walk to everything. Comfy, roomy apartment and extremely quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in 2 room apartment and will book here again when next I travel to Auckland

grand old hotel in good clean condition. tiny room with only one set of towels, really a single room sold as a double. limited outside area to relax (fountain in car park). superb buffet full breakfast.

Plumbing is not good, small rooms, old facilities

The hotel itself is a point of interest in Nara. It looks very nice from outside. Staffs are as friendly and helpful as other good hotels. The room & facilities however are not in par with the other ones I experienced in Japan. More specifically, the
