Comfortable beds

Comfortable bed, clean, next to metro station

Check in was efficient but Agoda had not let the hotel know that we required a cot for an 8month old baby. Checkout was also efficient and reception responded to our requests for extra tea and milk.

I only stayed one night, had no major complaints.

It wasn't value for money but for a London hotel this was the best we could afford. We expected the room and facilities to be cleaner than what we got. That's just our experience in other Ibis across Europe and Australia.

I know it seems petty, but crappy tv channel quality and no free wifi really does peg the score back. It's 2016 not 2001! Great location. Loved the bed, and the shower. I just expect the little details to be there to give it a 5 star rating.
