There is no AC and noise from the street is disturbing.

Staff were incredibly rude, they would carry on talking and not even saying hello when we were waiting, they were not welcoming in the slightest, the toilet in our room and the customer toilet outside didn't work, the Television was very old fashioned

After we were upgraded... The staff seem to be aware of the faults in some of the rooms but we're very helpful in sorting out another room. For a good experience book a minimum of King one bedroom apartment.

Room is small but comfortable. good location near airport bus stop.
