The staff at the reception & concierge were very helpful. Very kind manager at the dining area named Nolito. Our stay was very pleasant. Will definitely come back and stay in Sofitel.

Hotel is 2 minutes away from Galleries Lafayette and Printemp. Very close to Metro. Hotel rooms are a bit rundown and needs renovation. Room we got is also small. We couldn't open 2 luggages at the same time.

Great position, reasonable size room as we also had an extra bed for our 12 yr old daughter. Very clean, nice view, but found the beds very hard. It is near underground station queensway or Lancaster rd and there are lots of restaurants along queensway r

Room was at the ground floor but not an issue as there is pretty much no traffic in the street. Good ale available at the bar.

Very convenient location for Eurostar trains, plenty of shops and cafes, restaurants in the area.
