Nobody at the reception desk when arrived ,member of staff away out for a hour, the young bar staff had no idea what to do wasnt his fault more costumers coming in to get checked in but left still no one there , Our rooms were not made up for us to stay

Hotel had a lovely view of the river, was in a great location to city center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 12pm checkout is very beneficial to vacationers. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all.

But a bit past its prime in decor. Hotel well maintained, just showing its age. Service excellent. Location next to a buffet of Chinese delicacies. Starbucks just around the corner to the left.

We stayed here before a cruise and found it a great location arriving into the Sakuragicho station and then a very short walk. Not huge rooms but adequate and of nice decor. Smallish bathroom as most are in Japan. Nice views on high floors and staff ve
