The price is much more expensive than the other hotel and the attitude of the staff is not as helpful as we expected. A good thing is the staff know to speak English so it is easier to communicate for the one who doesn't know to speak Japanese.

As I understand it, there's only aircon/heater for the 5th floor only. I was given ground floor and fortunately, it is only end April and weather is still cooling. I can't imagine staying here during the summer. There is a fan in the wardrobe thou
