The staff were great. The check in and out process was speedy. They are very good at accomidating you if you are having any issues.(they gave us a fan because there was no AC without us asking)

Rooms and grounds were spectacular, staff were discrete and amazing; even though there were other couples there it was like you had so much privacy and you were there alone
