Great location, well-designed rooms, great value for money

Booked a double got a twin so had to change this Booked room with a bath and never actually recieved this The room was small and smelt of damp and obviously didn't get what we paid for and the staff didn't really seem as if they wanted to rectify

Hotel is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is quiet and rooms are clean, although location is a bit far from major attractions/Kyoto station. thankfully hotel provides shuttle bus to/from Kyoto station

Near to Sacre Coer, Montmartre and the metro

spacious room, friendly staff and 5 minute walk to oxford street
