Breakfast was very good, but dinner could be better

No desk in my room 503. Poor electrical outlets for charging lap tops, phones and boiling water. Plumbing rather old fashioned, particularly wasting water to get hot water and difficulty to move water from bath to shower.

The room was a bit smelly. We found some animal hair around the beds and believe the smell could be from the animal staying in the room. The breakfast is ok.

The air conditioning was a disgrace, toilets didn't work, 2IC Sam was the only saving grace.
