helpful staff, big room, clean room

I chose and stay at this lovely hotel every time I am in Paris. Staffs remember my name when we met even before I uttered something out. It makes me feel like home.

Staff are very unhelpful, location is a bit far from tgv station, troublesome to go avignon centre, hardly (actually should be never) can connect the wi-fi.

Great view of the lake, the cleanliness of the room, and comfortable beds! only downside is it's quite a distance away from the town centre. Nevertheless, it's value for money accommodation!
