Nice area and good location too

This is not my 1st stay at Gracery Ginza but I kept come back everytime I visit Tokyo because the location is straregic, room is not so big but comfortable and very clean (no need to question that its Japan). Oveeall its great and awesome hotel

HI the hotel discredit in Website is completely different in reality. the stuff is very very rude even they haven't simple understanding how to talk with guests, parking is missing if you with car you have to find parking before arraiving to hotel eve

Not very far from train station, about 10-minute walk. Many restaurants nearby so still can have late dinner if taking night flight. Room with normal size, and it is clean and tidy. Nice experience~

Chambre sale: moutons sous les lits, douche avec calcaire et traces bleuâtres. Bouilloire avec des champignons dedans. Sol sale et collant.
