Great location and amazing rooms

The room was quite enough for the two of us, bathroom was bigger than the usual hotels in Osaka. Nice staff and great location if you want to spend your vacation near the osaka castle.

I was promised a non-smoking room; I did not receive one. I was promised an upgraded room due to some construction on the property; I did not receive this either. The view from my room was mostly of the roof.

Location, old world charm and proximity to the Paris tour companies ( next door )

Very close to bus and metro station. Easy to find halal food and international restaurant as well around the hotel. Just few minutes walk to rue menilmontant to see eiffel tower.

Good for a small family

Clean roon, spacious toilet, helpful staff

we tried to extend for one more night and the front desk hasn't been very helpful and had to sort it out last minute with there reservation team

Very central, very friendly and helpful staff and free bikes.
