The hotel location was amazing; it's very close to Gare to l'Est. The hotel staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel room was small but very clean.
I stayed 4 night at Best Western Diva Opera, the staff was great and helpful and the surrounding area has many restaurant and close with the Metro Station on walking distance, overall I am happy during my stay in Best Western Diva Opera and will come back
I didn't have a good experience with this hotel. For one, their bathroom stinks. It smells like someone peed on the floor. We tried pouring water with diluted shower gel on the flooring of the bathroom overnight but the smell was still there when we
