A great hotel,but with a very bad cleaning service, we have stayed for 5 nights, but the cleaning service didnt seem doing their job, didnt clean up the kitchen, bedroom and rubbish, the apartement itself is pretty good
Lovely staff, location is OK about 10 mins from the metro. Hotel is very clean an you get lots of complimentary extras at reception. Room was a bit on the small side, but you are in Tokyo so it was expected
