The hotel is very clen and comfortable! It is very close to stansted and the staff is amazing! Best experience for kindness in London!

Would have liked more breakfast options. Shuttle to and from airport would have been nice. Chaimber maid forgot to restock the coco and when we came in each evening the stock was not accessible. Hot coco late was fantastic but was limited to only two cups
